David A. McFalls "Snake" originally born in Clayton, Georgia, on September 28, 1957 to his loving mother & father Jean Raney & Ralph Randolph, Sr), along with younger siblings (J.C. McFalls, Georgia McFalls, Thomas Jerome, Shelia Gay, Ralph "Randy" Randolph, Jr., and Mary Elizabeth).
David was an avid lover of hunting, fishing, trapping, Native American culture, gardening, and tattooing. He was well known to be quite the jack of all trades, and for his honorable deployment in the U.S. Army returning as an 82nd Airborne member. Upon arrival home, he traveled 670 miles to Michigan where met and fell in love with his adoring wife, Bonney and together they shared 40 years. Throughout those years, he gained two children (Sheri & Larry Pardue) who then blessed their growing family with grandchildren (Joslyn Renaud, Haylee Pardue, Damien Pardue, Lexi Reyes-Pardue, Dean Pardue, and Kyle Pardue) and then extended to eldest granddaughter Joslyn bringing her darling children (Xander & Hanleigh Benjamin-Renaud) into the family as great-grandchildren before his passing on April 22, 2025 at his home.
David & Bonney built and raised a ginormous family full of "adopted kids", grandchildren, great-grandchildren, their kids, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and more. David fiercely loved the family he had built here and took pride in declaring to everyone "Home is where you hang your hat", as he plopped his hat on top of Bonney's head.
In his life, David also became recognized and certified as a shaman and an ordained minister; he also became an avid "doomsday" prepper and spent the last few years of his life stockpiling supplies to protect and support his family in case of tragedy. Except the tragedy he couldn't prepare his loved ones for... the loss of a great man, husband, father, PawPaw, brother, and uncle all-in-one which leaves an everlasting void where he once was.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family.
