Helen Beckrow, age 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 19, 2023, surrounded by her loving family after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer.
Helen was born on May 23, 1952. She married the love of her life, Dick Beckrow, on June 4, 1971. Together they celebrated 46 years of marriage and countless memories before his passing on January 4, 2018. She lived a fulfilling life spent traveling the world with her family, gardening, crafting and planning large family events. Helen was a cherished and loved matriarch to the Huber & Beckrow families.
Helen is survived by three daughters, Debra and Joe Janik, Kim and Jason Betzing, and Lisa and Adam Csanyi, eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Siblings: Fred (& Kay) Huber, Linda (& Brian) Pennington, Jerry (& Jenny) Huber, Susan (&Warren) Bell-Denniston, and Allen (& Michelle) Huber.
Helen's service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at St. Michael's Lutheran Church (3455 S. Van Buren Road, Richville, MI 48757); visitation at church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Our Savior Lutheran Church, Bad Axe.
