Jeanette Petzold

Mrs. Jeanette [Schlosser] Petzold of Millington passed away early Sunday afternoon June 17, 2018 at her residence at the age of 80.

Jeanette was born on March 26, 1938 in Otisville, Michigan to the late Louden and Gladys (Rosencrants) Schlosser. Jeanette married Wayne Petzold April 19, 1958, and together they have shared 60 years of marriage.  Jeanette drove school bus for Millington Schools for 10 plus years.

Jeanette leaves to cherish her memory: husband Wayne, five children; Chris(Larry) Jaruzel, Rod Petzold, Debbie Brown, Sue (Keith) Bellah, and Nancy Petzold. She leaves also eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, a sister, Geneva Leix, a brother Lyle Schlosser, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Besides her parents Jeanette is also preceded in death by a son Brian.

The Petzold family has honored Jeanette’s request and cremation has taken place. The Petzold family would like to invite family, friends, and neighbors to join them in celebrating Jeanette’s life on Saturday June 23, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Petzold residence [7558 Millington Road Millington, MI 48746]. Memorial Gifts of Remembrance can be directed to a charity of your choice.
