Karen S. Bissell of Millington, MI, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. She was 70 years old.

Karen Sue Bamberg was born January 8, 1955, to the late Carl & Beatrice (Fink) Bamberg. She married David Bissell on November 7, 1980. Karen graduated from Frankenmuth High School in 1973. She was employed at Nexteer until her retirement in May of 2024. Her greatest enjoyments in life were spending time with her family, crocheting & reading.

Surviving is her husband of 45 years David Bissell & her four children Lisa Bamberg (Larry) of Saginaw, Brion Bissell of Millington, Craig Bissell (Kadie) of Millington & Michele Bucholz (Jeff) of Saginaw. Three grandchildren Hunter Bissell, Landen & Aiden Bucholz.

She also leaves a sister Donna Hagle of Freeland. Her mother-in-law & father-in-law Leona Schmitter of Millington & Norman & Kay Bissell of Houghton Lake. Karen was preceded in death by her brother Delbert Bamberg & sister Betty Bender.

Cremation has taken place with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
