Bernard Aden Osborn (Bernie) 73 passed away Thursday Feb. 19, 2015 at Genesys Medical Center in Grand Blanc, MI.

Bernie was born Jan. 19, 1942 in Millington, MI to Wallace and Aleen (Johnson) Osborn. Bernie owned his own construction company Bernie Osborn Builders for over 40 years and his famous slogan was "Have Hammer Will Nail". Bernie loved life and spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed watching Nascar and spending time in the woods. Bernie was active in the Millington Lions Club. He also sponsored many Youth Teams.

He is survived by his two daughters and sons in-law. Heather and Mark DesRoberts, Shawn and Mike Gohsman; his five grandchildren Julia, Griffin, Luc, Reese, and Cooper; a sister Sue Welke; several nieces and nephews and extended family.

Bernie was preceded in death by his infant daughter Heidi Osborn, his parents Wallace and Aleen Osborn, one brother Jimmy, sister Judy, brothers in-law Bill Sawyer and Tom Welke.

Friends may call at the Hanlin Funeral Home in Millington Tuesday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and also on Wednesday morning from 11:00 am until services begin. Funeral services for Bernie will be on Wednesday February 25, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Hanlin Funeral Home. Memorial gifts of remembrance can be directed to Millington Lions Club.
