Mr. Kenneth (Ken) Moore

Mr. Kenneth Edward (Ken) Moore of Millington, Michigan passed away Tuesday
July 10, 2018, at the age of 67.

Ken was the son of John C. and Genevieve A. (Sturm) Moore and was born in Pigeon, Michigan on April 3, 1951. He married Bonnie Diebel on May13, 1972. This May they celebrated 46 years of marriage. Ken held a Master’s Degree in education and retired in 2000 from the Brandon School District. He was also co-owner of the Willow Springs Golf Course in Vassar. He was an active member of the Millington United Methodist Church, and also held memberships with the Millington Rotary, Elks Lodge, and the Eagles.

Ken leaves his wife Bonnie as well as three children; Carey (John) Goldsworthy, Robert (Jill) Moore, and Michael Moore, his mother, Mrs. Genevieve Moore, 11 grandchildren, a brother and his wife Dennis (Gail) Moore, his extended family and many friends. Ken is preceded in death by his father.

The Moore family has honored Ken’s wishes and cremation has taken place. There will be a time for visiting and sharing on Friday July13, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and an hour prior to the services on Saturday. A celebration of Ken’s life will be held on Saturday July 14, 2018 also at the Millington United Methodist Church beginning at 11:00 am.
