Mrs. Andrea DeOrnellas

Mrs. Andrea M. DeOrnellas of Genesee Township, formerly of Millington passed away early Monday morning August 31. 2015, while at the Genesys Regional Medical Center. Andrea was 69.

Andrea was born in Mayville, Michigan on July 29, 1946 and was the daughter of Andrew and Aurelia (Palaghe) Fox. Andrea loved dogs, she loved rescuing them, and helping people find their lost dogs by posting them on face book. Though she loved the animals, her true love was for her family.

Andrea leaves her husband John. She leaves also her children; David and Dawn, Dianna and Ray, Kelly (Page) and Jeff, and Kacy and Carl Page. Andrea; leaves her 12 grandchildren, a brother Mike, five sisters, Vicki, Delores, Rosalee, Debbie and Kathy, and other extended family and friends. Andrea is also preceded in death by a daughter Lorri DeOrnellas and her mother Aurelia.

The DeOrnellas family will receive friends at the Hanlin Funeral Home on Thursday September 3, 2015 from 12:00 pm until the services begin. Funeral services for Andrea will be held on Thursday September 3, 2015 at 2:00pm. In keeping with Andrea's wishes cremation will follow. The family has asked that if you would like to give a gift of remembrance to please consider your local humane society.
