Mrs. Betty Persails

Mrs. Betty Persails of Plant City Florida formerly of Millington, MI went home to be with the Lord early Saturday morning September 3, 2016, Betty was 65.

Born on June 3, 1951 in Flint, Michigan; Betty was the daughter of the late Bob and Joan Keskes. Betty was married for several years to William (Bill) Persails, Bill has preceded her in death in March of 2013. Betty was very proud of her boy’s and loved them dearly. She never missed a sporting event or game, of which she filmed everyone she could possible film. She worked for a time with General Motors at the Flint Truck and Bus Plant. Betty was a proud member of the UAW Local 598, and a lifelong member of the Democratic Party.

Betty leaves her family. Two sons; Mark Persails, and Adam Persails step-sons Bill and Teri Persails, and Rob Persails and their families. Betty also adored her four grandchildren; Zoey, Ella, Maximus and Piper. Betty leaves also; brother Dan and his wife Helen Porter, sister Diane and husband Mark Socia, brother Kip Keskes, sister Kelly Lenandowski, brother in-law; Leo and wife Jeanine Persails. Besides her parents, and husband Bill, Betty is also preceded in death by a brother Don Porter.

The Persails family will receive friends at the Hanlin Funeral Home in Millington on Friday September 9, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm with the funeral services to be held on Saturday September 10, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Hanlin Funeral Home. Pastor Greg Capsel will deliver the funeral message. Burial will be at the Edwards Cemetery (Greenwood Road) in West Branch MI at 2:00 PM
