Mrs. Corrine Jacobs

Mrs. Corrine R. (Metro) Jacobs of Millington MI passed away late Thursday morning at her residence. Corrine was 89.

Corrine was born on November 20, 1925 in Lorraine, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Clara (Vargo) Metro. For many years she was married to Andrew Jacobs Sr., who has preceded her in death. Corrine for many years was an area Avon Sales Rep.

Corrine leaves her two sons. Allen and wife Tammy Jacobs and Mike Jacobs, nine grandchildren, 2 step grand children, and several great grandchildren. She leaves also a brother, a sister, and a step-brother and a step-sister.

The family has honored her wishes and cremation has taken place. There will be a graveside prayer service on Thursday Oct. 29, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Millington Township Cemetery. The family welcomes friends and neighbors to attend.
