Mrs. Florence Evans

October 14, 1929 — March 15, 2012

Florence A. (Rose) Evans of the Vassar & Tuscola area's passed away early Thursday morning March 15, 2012 at her Vassar residence, Florence was 82.

Florence was born in Clio, Michigan on October 14, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Leroy and Ethel (Flood) Rose. Florence was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Millington.

Florence leaves her children; Paulette and husband Vern Savage, Linda Schmidt, Mike & wife Sharon Evans and Robin and husband Anthony Pease, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Florence is preceded in death by her husband Arthur in Oct. of 2007, son in law Ronald Schmidt Oct. of 2010, and also six brothers, and four sisters.

Service Information

Funeral services were held Monday March 19 2012 at at the Hanlin Funeral Home in Milington.
Pastor James Bruner delivered the funeral message, and the closing prayers. A private burial was held at the Flint Memorial Park Cemetery in Mt. Morris, MI.
