Mrs. Frances Sprague

Frances Jean (Young) Sprague of Frankenmuth, Michigan passed away Wednesday March 30, 2016 while at the Wellsprings Lutheran Services at the age of 88.

Frances Jean was born September 15, 1927 in Grenovia North Dakota and was the daughter of the late Clarence and Matilda (Reber). On August 22, 1947 Jean married her late husband Elmo Sprague, who has preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by two sisters. Jean worked throughout life as a bookkeeper, working for many area accounting firms. She was also very active in her church Corner Stone Church in Bridgeport, Michigan. Jean loved traveling and making new friends, visiting with people, and she loved helping people.

The family will receive friends at the Corner Stone Church located at 6674 Junction Rd. Bridgeport, Michigan on Saturday April 2, 2016 from 10:30 am until the services begin, Funeral Services for Jean will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday April 2, 2016 at the Corner Stone Church. The burial will follow at the Watertown Township Cemetery in Fostoria, Michigan. Memorial gifts of remembrance can be directed to the Corner Stone Church.
