Mrs. Karen Hoover

Mrs. Karen S. (Legue) Hoover of Vassar passed away early Wednesday evening November 19, 2014 while at the Covenant Health Care Center Harrison Campus in Saginaw, Karen was 64.

Karen was born on June 2nd of 1950 in Saginaw Michigan and was the daughter of John and Rose (Swaffer) Legue. Karen graduated for Vassar High School from the class of 1968. She married her high school sweet heart Daniel F. Hoover on August 31, of 1968 at the Tuscola Community Church, and together her and Dan have celebrated 46 years of marriage.

Karen leaves her husband Dan, children, Angela and husband Matt Ayotte, Jeff and wife Lori Hoover, mother Mrs. Rose Legue, grandchildren; Tiffinie Webb, Danielle and Paige Ayotte, Ashley and Kyle Hoover. Karen leaves also sister Nancy and husband Larry Dues; brothers: Larry and wife Tina Legue, Rick Legue; brothers in-law and sisters in-law: Wayne and wife Barb Hoover; Ron and wife Jan Hoover, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Karen is preceded in death by her father John Legue, a sister in-law Roxann (Hoover) Colburn, father and mother in-law Wilbur and Dorothy Hoover. Karen will be greatly missed by her family and her many friends.

Funeral services were held on Monday November 24, 2014 at the Hanlin Funeral Home in Millington. The burial followed at the Tuscola Twp. Cemetery in Tuscola, Michigan.
