Mrs. Katherine Norris

Katherine (Kay) Ann Norris, 79 passed away peacefully on February 12, 2011 at Brian's House in Davison. Kay was born on August 5, 1931 in Millington, daughter of the late Fred & Agnes Huston, graduated from Millington High School in 1950. She received her teaching degree from Eastern University in Ypsilanti MI. She married Carleton Norris Jr. in October 1954. Kay taught at Millington Community Schools for many years, coached the girl's basketball and softball teams. Her career included: Saginaw Child Receiving, Ashwald Girls Center, she served on the Millington Board of Education from 1974-1979, and was once an active member of the Millington Women's Club.
Kay leaves her family sons Ted Norris, Carl (CJ) & Stacy Norris, 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, sisters in-law and spouses : Cheryl & Don Huechert, Susan & Terry Jones, and Sally & Jack Suttle, several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
