Lynda L. Rohn of Millington passed away early December 26, 2010 while at the Frankenmuth Lutheran Home in Frankenmuth, Lynda was 73.

Lynda L. Dean the daughter of the late Ervin & Geraldine (Lee) Dean was born on September 22, 1937 in Millington Michigan, where she has been a lifelong resident. Lynda married Mr. William (Bill) Rohn, he precedes her in death in 1996. Lynda worked for the Millington Community Schools as the Junior High Librarian retiring in 2000. She was also a long time member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Lynda leaves to cherish her memory, a son & daughter in-law Dean & Robin Rohn, and a daughter and son in-law Julie & Kim Weiss, her grandchildren, Samantha Rohn & Fiancée Kevin Adelberg, Jennifer & Brian Rondo, and Nicole & Keith Brown II, great grandchildren, Hailey & Keith Brown III, and Brayden Rondo. Lynda leaves also a brother Carl Dean and other extended family and friends. Besides her husband she is preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter Lori Rohn.

Service Information

Funeral Services for Lynda were held on Thursday December 30, 2010 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Millington. The burial followed at the St. Lutheran Cemetery in Frankenmuth, Pastor James Bruner delivered the funeral message and the closing prayers at the cemetery. Memorial Gifts of Remembrance can be directed to, the Lutheran Home of Frankenmuth, the Michigan Education Association, or to a charity of your choice.
