Mrs. Susan Drubin

Mrs. Susan E. (Priestley) Drubin of Vassarand Millington Michigan area, passed away late Saturday evening May 28, 2016 while at the Wellspring Lutheran Home in Frankenmuth, Michigan, Susan was 68.

Susan was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Sarah Priestley and was born in Vassar, Michigan March 19, 1948 and has been a Vassar and Millington resident most of her life. Susan carried mail for the Vassar Post Office for 24 years delivering mail to most everyone in the city limits. On April 2, 1971, Susan married Mr. Robert A. Drubin, Bob has preceded her in death in 1998.


Susan leaves her family. Son, and daughter in-law; Robert S. (Burt) & Pamelyn Drubin, four grandchildren; Finningan, Aurora, Blaise, and Seeley. She leaves also two sisters; Jane Durkee, Ann Larner, and also nieces, nephews and other extended family.

The family has honored Susan’s wish and cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of her life at 1:00 pm Saturday June, 4, 2016 at the Flushing Presbyterian Church, (5010 N. McKinley Rd. Flushing MI 48433). The family will begin greeting friends at the church beginning at 12:00 pm Saturday. In lieu of flowers gifts of remembrance can be directed to a charity of your choosing.
