Patricia (Patty Agan) Maloney

Mrs. Patricia (Pattie Agan) Maloney of Chelsea, Michigan, formerly of Millington, MI, passed away early Sunday evening July 31, 2022, at the age of 74.

Pattie was born in Flint, Michigan, on September 14, 1947, and was the daughter of the late John & Patricia (Cogswell) Agan. She grew up in Flint and Grand Blanc before moving to Otter Lake where she went on to graduate from Millington High School class of 1965.  On July 3, 1982, Pattie married David Maloney and together they have celebrated 40 years of marriage.  She led a full life with careers as a junior executive for Great Western, an engineer for a semiconductor chip company, and a Mary Kay cosmetics salesperson.  She loved also dancing and modeling in her spare time.  Her faith was based on Eckankar spiritual teachings through the years.  Much of her time was devoted to raising her two sons.

Patty leaves her husband David; her two sons and a daughter in-law Joseph Cautela and Martin (Melissa) Maloney; her two grandchildren Maya Maloney and Malachy Maloney; and a granddaughter on the way Madeline Maloney. She also leaves three sisters: Mary (Larry) Brill, Claudia (Ray) Burgdoff, and Dierdre (Cindy) Agan and other extended family and friends.

The Maloney family will receive friends at the Hanlin Funeral Home [4823 Main Street Millington, MI 48746] Friday August 5, 2022, beginning at 11:00 am up until services begin.  Funeral services for Patty will begin at 1:00 pm with the burial to follow at the Millington Twp. Cemetery.  Memorial Gifts of Remembrance can be directed to a charity of one’s choice.
