Ronald Lee Bigelow passed away peacefully at home on January 30, 2026. He was 81.

Ronald was born on September 26, 1944, to the late Edmond and Maxine Bigelow. Ron was a graduate of Mio High School Class of 1962. He served in the U.S. army for 13 years. He was married to Connie Haubenstricker for 43 years and together they had their son Richard. He worked and retired from PICO Industries. Ron enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR, football, and carpentry. Most of all he enjoyed moments with his family. Ron will be dearly missed.

He is forever loved by wife, Connie; son, Richard Bigelow; daughter, Beth “Bigelow” (Andrew) Coradini; three grandchildren: Alexis, Chris, and Tyler; three great-grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.

Ron is reunited with his parents, sister and brother-in-law Sandra and Russel Hager; nephew, Forrest Halverson; and niece, Karen Plemon.

In keeping with the families wishes cremation has taken place with an urn burial in the spring.
