Ronald A. Diener

Mr. Ronald Allen "Ron" Diener, age 68, passed away on the evening of August 29, 2025 surrounded by family, at Birch Run Fields Assisted Living.

Memorial services for Ron will be held at Pineview Mennonite Church (4415 Swaffer Rd, Vassar, MI 48768) at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Ron was born on December 14, 1956, in Caro, Michigan to Daniel & Joyce (Cheney) Diener. Along with his deer hunting and fishing, he also enjoyed playing a good game of euchre and shooting pool. He is survived by his children: Rhonda Barreto, Carmen Kennedy, and Gary Barreto and several grandchildren; siblings: Donna (Lynn) Peters, Dan Diener (Denise), Linda Berlin, Charles Diener, Marsha (Jim) Hardy, LaVern (Debra) Diener, Dianne Timm, and Debra (Don) Minkler; his partner of 17 years, Barb Minier, and her daughter, Kellie; as well as many other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
