Willard was born on November 19, 1939, in Keego Harbor, Michigan, to Oliver & Dorothy (née Lighthall) Cook. On July 20, 1965, he married the former Phyllis Hoke. Together they shared 58 years of marriage, raised their five children, and shared countless memories.
Willard is survived by his wife, Phyllis; children: Tara Cook, Marina Scott, Danyell Willoughby, Willard Cook II, and Everett Cook; as well as several beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
