Kirk Steinbacher

TUSCOLA – Kirk Thomas Steinbacher, Sr., 58, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

Kirk was born in Vassar, on January 27, 1964, the only child of parents Jack & Pauline (Dean) Steinbacher. He was passionate about his career as a mechanic and retired from Saginaw County. Outside of work, Kirk enjoyed anything with an engine, including working on cars and flying planes. Further, Kirk recently pursued his interest of buying and flipping houses. Never one to idle, he enjoyed working on each project as it came to him. Meticulous in his work and life, he kept a tidy and welcoming home. Above all, Kirk loved his children and was a devoted grandfather to his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Steinbacher; sons, Kirk Steinbacher, Jr, and Scott Aymer; grandchildren: MaKenzie, Rayna, Nathan, and Rory; and dear friend Kelly.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, Lyndsey.

A Celebration of Kirk’s life will be announced at a later date.
